- Modules are 10 hours each - including 4 hours practicum
- Classes happen virtually twice a week, 8 - 9 30 PM EST
- 2 week practicum follows every 2 modules, to allow for integration, consolidation and mastery of the new material
- Registration fee for each module is $820 (10 hours per module)
- OR Register for the full bundle for $4000 (60 hours)
- 6 Modules earns you a Level 2 ICF accreditation

Module 1 - ICC Coaching Basics
Module 1 of ICC Coaching, Coaching Basics, introduces key coaching concepts, starting with a clear definition of coaching and crafting an elevator pitch. It covers essential competencies, including the Co-Active model and ICF standards, along with practical skills like note-taking. Coaches explore core models such as TIPS, 4’s, and GROW, as well as tools like the life wheel and AI Model. This module equips participants with the critical skills and frameworks to start their coaching journey confidently and effectively.
Module 2 - ICC Coaching Communication
Module 2, Coaching Communication, equips coaches with essential communication tools, starting with advanced listening skills, including the learner vs. judger mindset and three levels of listening. Coaches then develop effective speaking behaviors and learn how to establish and maintain coaching agreements using practical tools like the life wheel and tracking models. The module delves into powerful questioning techniques, covering ORID, open vs. closed questions, and judger vs. learner distinctions.
Module 3 - ICC Coaching & Assessments
Module 3, Coaching and Assessment, equips coaches with essential assessment tools. It begins with an introduction to assessments, their purpose, and how they can enhance a coach's niche, including the Johari Window for insight. Coaches explore key assessments like DISC and MBTI, along with other relevant options. Further, participants learn about tools such as the Strong Mental Habits Assessment, StrengthFinder, and Emotional Intelligence 2.0. The module also covers well-being assessments, the Enneagram, leadership assessments, and the Five Love Languages, offering a comprehensive suite to help coaches understand and support their clients more effectively.
Module 4 - ICC Coaching & Leadership
Module 4, Coaching and Leadership, equips coaches with essential leadership tools. It starts with building trust through the Immunity to Change process, the Trust Model, Trust Equation, and Eight Pillars of Trust. Coaches then learn how to lead change, using models like the four phases of learning, habit formation, and AIWATT (Am I Willing at this Time?). The module also focuses on guiding clients in setting SMART goals, understanding Situational and Servant Leadership, and using Path Goal Theory to boost motivation. Finally, it covers team leadership, exploring team development stages, leader roles, dynamics, and the process of adjourning teams.
Module 5 - ICC Coaching & Followership
Module 5, Coaching and Followers, develops key skills in emotional intelligence, strengths, and decision-making. It begins with a deep dive into EQ, covering its four domains and strategies for growth, while highlighting motivation. Coaches then explore neuroscience-based strengths assessments and learn to coach clients toward leveraging their strengths. The decision-making section provides tools like the Decision-Making Grid and teaches the anatomy of decisions and rational processes. The final workshop addresses intuition in decision-making, exploring its power, potential dangers, relevant theories, and the role of micro-expressions. This module offers coaches a well-rounded approach to guiding and empowering followers.
Module 6 - ICC Coaching & Business
Module 6, Coaching and Business, focuses on building a successful coaching practice. It begins with finding your niche, emphasizing ethics, personal branding, passion, and leveraging search tools. Coaches revisit their elevator pitch, learn to use social media effectively, and practice sales calls through role play. The module also guides participants in creating their own Individual Development Plan (IDP), exploring the LAT (Learn, Apply, Teach) method, finding a mentor, and identifying areas for growth. The final workshop wraps up the ICC journey with a candle puzzle exercise, final presentations, and looks ahead to ACC-level certification.
